Facts

Facts are what your brand stands behind: a number, how something works, a named customer, a specific claim. AI answers quote pages that say something definite, so Content Studio writes from your facts. Open Brand settings → Facts.

Facts come with Content Studio on the Business plan.

Where facts come from

  • You. Add a fact and choose its kind: claim, number, process or example. A fact you add is confirmed.
  • Your site. After each site readiness scan, Cleotic reads up to 100 pages the scan found and proposes the facts they state, each with the words on the page it rests on. Only new or changed pages are read for facts. Read again reads the site now.
  • Connected agents. An assistant connected through MCP can add a fact you told it, which is confirmed, or propose one it found, with its source.

Reviewing proposed facts

Proposed facts wait under To review until you decide:

  • Confirm makes it one of your facts.
  • Reject removes it from the list, and Cleotic won't propose it again.
  • Edit changes its wording or kind before you decide.

Only confirmed facts are presented as your brand's own. The same fact is kept once, however it's worded in capitals or spacing.

Keeping facts current

A fact can carry a date after which it should be re-checked, such as a figure for a quarter. Once that date passes it's marked Re-check. Edit it or delete it when it's no longer true.

Searching

Search finds facts by their words and by what they mean, so "how fast are approvals" finds "approvals take 41 minutes on average".
