Profile and organisation

Personal settings and organisation settings are separate. Check the selected organisation before changing team access, project setup, or billing.

Personal profile

Open Settings -> Profile to review your name, email, and user identifier.

Email/password users can edit their first and last name. If your profile comes from an identity provider, update those details there when Cleotic shows them as read-only. Contact support to change your email.

The page also includes separate controls for Marketing emails and Weekly project overview emails. The weekly overview covers projects you can access. Cookie preferences appear when consent management is enabled.

Use Sign out of all sessions when you need to end your signed-in sessions.

Organisation details

Open Settings -> Organisation to see the current organisation. Owners and admins can rename it. The legal section shows terms status and a download for the accepted agreement when available.

Use New organisation to create a separate workspace. You become its owner. Each organisation has its own projects, membership, and plan.

Switch organisations

Use the organisation switcher in the sidebar. Cleotic waits for the selected workspace and its terms status to load before showing its content. If terms acceptance is required, complete that step to continue.

If a project disappears after switching, first check that you selected the right organisation, then ask its owner or an admin to review your project access.

Delete an organisation

Only the organisation owner can use Delete organisation. Deletion permanently removes its projects and associated data, including prompts, responses, and reports. Review the confirmation carefully.

To hand the workspace to someone else, use ownership transfer instead.
