Profile and Organisation
Cleotic exposes both personal profile settings and organisation settings inside the app.
Profile
The profile page shows your basic account information and can also allow edits, depending on how you sign in:
- Email/password users can update first and last name in Cleotic
- Federated users see the fields as read-only and should update them in their identity provider
The page also includes:
- Your email address
- A user identifier useful for support
- Cookie preferences when consent management is enabled
- A Sign out of all sessions action
Organisation
Organisation settings are managed in-app for admins. The page lets you:
- View the current organisation details
- Rename the organisation
- Review legal status and download the accepted Terms and Conditions agreement PDF when available
- Create another organisation
- Delete the organisation
Switching organisations
If you belong to multiple organisations, use the organisation switcher in the sidebar. Projects, billing, and team membership are scoped to the selected organisation.
