Plans and usage

Open Settings → Plan & Usage to check the selected organisation's plan, resource usage, Content Studio pages, retention, and billing status. The app's current limits apply to your workspace. Use Pricing for current prices and the public plan comparison.
How capacity is counted
Brands, competitors and segments are unlimited on every plan, and every brand can track AI traffic on its website. The prompt allowance is shared across the organisation.

Custom plans are arranged with us and have no fixed caps. Check your agreement and the limits shown in the app.
The usage page shows brand, competitor, prompt, Content Studio, and report meters. Limits there include any add-ons.
When you reach a limit
Cleotic blocks additional creation or activation for the resource that is full. That includes prompts added by tracking a coverage gap's questions. Reduce your setup selections, pause resources where appropriate, buy an add-on, or change plan.
Paused brands, competitors, and prompts do not count towards their active-resource allowance. A primary brand cannot be paused.
Content Studio is not included on Starter. On Business, pages use a time-based allowance. A page counts once, when Cleotic's page agent first writes it; talking to the agent, revisions, checks, sending and results are free. Deleting a page doesn't give its allowance back. Each outreach draft for a source gap in Opportunities also counts. Check the remaining count and reset timing shown in the app. When the allowance is used, you can still start pages and work out their brief and outline with the agent, and keep working on pages already written.
Add-ons
Add-ons raise one allowance on your plan. They follow your plan's billing period, monthly or annual.

You can hold up to 20 of each. Prompt packs also raise the monthly AI spend allowance in line with your prompts.
Owners and admins can add add-ons at checkout or later in Settings → Plan & Usage. Added add-ons are charged straight away, prorated to your renewal date. Removing one credits the unused time to your next invoice. To remove prompt packs, first pause or delete prompts so the active ones fit the smaller allowance. Add-ons belong to one plan, so they are removed when you change plan. To switch between monthly and annual billing while you have add-ons, contact us.
Feature access
Your plan decides which AI models a brand is tracked on. Starter tracks ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews; Business and above track every model Cleotic supports. Prompt monitoring runs on the same schedule on every plan.
Starter does not include the six-dimension sentiment analytics view or segment audiences. Site readiness scans the site weekly on every plan. AI fix drafts are on Business and Custom, and competitor scans on Custom.
Reports do not run new prompts. A report's figures are fixed when it's created, so a link opened later shows the same figures, even after your plan or history changes.
Trial expiry
New trial organisations receive a 14-day trial with Starter's allowances, models and features. The banner shows how much time remains.
After expiry, new background capture stops and the workspace becomes read-only. Captured trial evidence remains readable. Upgrade to restore collection and editing; older evidence remains subject to the applicable history rules.
Paid-plan monthly page allowances start fresh when a trial organisation's subscription begins.
Upgrade or manage billing
Owners and admins can use the billing controls in Settings → Plan & Usage. Choose the tier and monthly or annual cadence, then review checkout. Existing subscribers can use Manage billing for the hosted billing portal.
After checkout, allow the plan confirmation to finish updating. If the page shows a payment or subscription issue, follow its billing action rather than starting another purchase.
Moving to Starter
If your workspace has more active prompts than Starter allows, Fit your workspace to Starter asks you to choose the prompts to keep running. The rest are paused. Brands, competitors and segments stay as they are. Review the selection before continuing to checkout.
While a fit checkout is pending, workspace writes are paused. Complete checkout, let it expire, or use Cancel fit plan on that page to release the pending change.
