Plans and Usage

The Plan & Usage page in Settings shows your current tier, resource usage, feature access, and billing options.

Billing in the app

The current self-serve checkout supports:

  • Business: $150/month or $1,350/year
  • Starter: $25/month or $300/year
  • Enterprise: $1,500/month or $13,500/year

Annual billing saves up to 25%. Starter annual is $300/year and has no discount.

If your organisation is on Enterprise Custom or a legacy/internal tier, the page still shows the current plan badge and usage meters, but billing may be handled outside the standard self-serve checkout flow.

Trial behaviour

New organisations start on a 14-day free trial. The current lifecycle has three visible states:

  • Active: normal trial access, plus a banner showing how many days remain
  • Lockdown: the trial has ended, new data is still captured, but locked behind an upgrade prompt
  • Expired: the trial has fully expired and background data capture stops until you upgrade

When a trial organisation upgrades to a paid subscription, paid-plan monthly allowances such as Content Studio generations start fresh when the subscription begins.

What the page tracks

The usage section currently shows meters for:

  • Active projects
  • Active brands
  • Active segments
  • Active prompts
  • Content Studio generations for the current month
  • Active reports

It also shows a small feature summary for:

  • Refresh cadence
  • Web search
  • History retention

Feature access at a glance

  • Refresh cadence is daily on Business and Enterprise, and hourly on Custom
  • Starter supports daily or weekly refresh across OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google model tiers
  • Web search is shown as available or unavailable based on your current plan
  • History retention is shown in days, months, or as unlimited depending on plan
  • Content Studio generations are metered by month; editing briefs and skills remains available even when generation is exhausted

The current public pricing story is:

  • Business includes 90 days of history
  • Starter includes 90 days of history
  • Enterprise includes 12 months of history
  • Custom can extend that further, including unlimited retention and deeper export options

Hitting a limit

When you hit a limit, Cleotic blocks creation of additional resources of that type until you:

  • Pause or delete existing resources where available
  • Reduce setup selections, such as choosing fewer competitors or prompts
  • Or upgrade to a higher tier

Paused projects, paused competitor brands, and paused prompts do not count towards active limits. Primary brands cannot be paused. Check the live meter in Settings → Plan & Usage if you are close to the cap.
