Plans and usage
Open Settings -> Plan & Usage to check the selected organisation's plan, resource usage, generation allowance, retention, and billing status. The app's current limits apply to your workspace. Use Pricing for current prices and the public plan comparison.
How capacity is counted
Project, brand, prompt, and tracking-site allowances apply across the organisation. The segment limit applies separately to each project.

Custom arrangements can provide different capacity and features. Check your agreement and the limits shown in the app.
The usage page shows project, brand, segment, prompt, Content Studio, and report meters. Tracking-site capacity is also enforced when you connect or resume sites in Project Settings -> Tracking setup.
When you reach a limit
Cleotic blocks additional creation or activation for the resource that is full. Reduce your setup selections, pause resources where appropriate, or change plan.
Paused projects, competitor brands, prompts, and tracking sites do not count towards their active-resource allowance. A primary brand cannot be paused. A segment count shown for the organisation does not replace the per-project segment limit.
Content Studio generations use a time-based allowance. Check the remaining count and reset timing shown in the app. When generation is exhausted, you can still plan and edit briefs and skills in a writable workspace. Regeneration also uses generation capacity.
Feature access
The segment form offers daily and weekly collection. Custom arrangements may include hourly collection and web search. Available model choices follow your plan.
Starter does not include Content Studio AI generation or the six-dimension sentiment analytics view. Brief planning remains available. Site Readiness provides a baseline scan; repeat scans are available on Enterprise and Custom.
Reports do not run new prompts. Their visible evidence follows the organisation's history retention, including when a public link is opened later.
Trial expiry
New trial organisations receive a 14-day trial. The banner shows how much time remains.
After expiry, new background capture stops and the workspace becomes read-only. Captured trial evidence remains readable. Upgrade to restore collection and editing; older evidence remains subject to the applicable history rules.
Paid-plan monthly generation allowances start fresh when a trial organisation's subscription begins.
Upgrade or manage billing
Owners and admins can use the billing controls in Settings -> Plan & Usage. Choose the tier and monthly or annual cadence, then review checkout. Existing subscribers can use Manage billing for the hosted billing portal.
After checkout, allow the plan confirmation to finish updating. If the page shows a payment or subscription issue, follow its billing action rather than starting another purchase.
Moving to Starter
If your workspace exceeds Starter's capacity, Fit your workspace to Starter asks you to select the project, segment, competitors, prompts, and optional tracking site to keep active. Review those selections before continuing to checkout.
While a fit checkout is pending, workspace writes are paused. Complete checkout, let it expire, or use Cancel fit plan on that page to release the pending change.
