Team Management

The Team page manages organisation membership and team groupings. Project access is handled separately at the project level.

Members

The Members tab lets admins:

  • Invite new members by email
  • Review pending invites
  • Change member roles
  • Remove members
  • Sync users

Accepted members join the organisation workspace, but they do not automatically get access to every project.

Teams

The Teams tab lets you:

  • Create teams
  • Delete teams
  • Add members to teams
  • Remove members from teams

Teams are useful because projects can be shared to a whole team instead of one person at a time.

Project access

Project visibility is now scoped per project:

  • Admins can access all projects
  • Project owners can share access with specific people or teams
  • Access is managed from each project's Project Settings page

When to invite vs share a report

  • Invite someone when they need to work inside Cleotic
  • Share a report or audit link when they only need read-only visibility
