Team Management
Cleotic supports team collaboration through the Team page. You can invite team members to your organisation, and everyone in the organisation shares access to all projects and data.
Inviting team members
- Go to the Team page from the sidebar
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with instructions to join your organisation. They'll need to create an Cleotic account (or sign in with an existing one) to accept the invitation.
Viewing your team
The Team page shows all current members with:
- Name -- The member's display name
- Email -- Their email address
- Role -- Their role in the organisation
- Joined date -- When they joined
- Your own entry is marked with (you) for easy identification
Pending invitations
Below the members list, you'll see any pending invitations that haven't been accepted yet:
- Email -- The invited email address
- Sent date -- When the invitation was sent
- Expiration date -- When the invitation expires
- Revoke -- Cancel the invitation
Revoking invitations
If you sent an invitation by mistake or the person no longer needs access, click Revoke next to the pending invitation. This immediately invalidates the invitation link.
What team members can access
All team members in an organisation share access to:
- All projects and their data
- All monitors, prompts, and responses
- Analytics, reports, and Content Studio
- Settings (including API key management)
There's no per-project permission model -- if someone is in your organisation, they can see everything. Keep this in mind when inviting members.
Tips
- Invite early. Getting team members into Cleotic means they can explore data on their own rather than waiting for you to send reports.
- Use reports for external stakeholders. For people who don't need full access (clients, executives, board members), share reports instead of inviting them to the organisation.
- Revoke promptly. When someone leaves the team, remove their access. While you can't currently remove members directly from Cleotic (this is managed through your identity provider), you can revoke any pending invitations.
