People & access is where you invite people to your organisation, set their roles and group them into teams. Joining the organisation doesn't open its brands: you share each brand separately, with a person or a team.
Roles

Invite people
- Owners and admins: open People & access → People and select Invite people.
- Enter one or more email addresses and choose Member or Admin, then send. Each invitation appears as pending until it's accepted. If some fail, they stay in the form to retry.
- Once someone joins, share a brand with them: open its Brand settings → Brand access and add them or their team.
Revoke an invitation you no longer need from the pending list.
Share brands with a team
A team shares brands with a group in one step. Owners and admins create one in People & access → Teams and add organisation members to it. Then share a brand with the team in its Brand settings → Brand access. A team on its own grants nothing.
Change a role or remove someone
Owners and admins can change a member's role or remove them from the organisation. The owner can't be demoted or removed this way; transfer ownership first.
To take someone off one brand, remove their grant in Brand access. They keep access if a team, their own ownership of the brand, or an admin role still gives it to them.
Transfer ownership
Only the owner can transfer the organisation. In People & access → People, open the new owner's row, select Transfer ownership and confirm with their email address. They become the owner and you become an admin.
Owning the organisation and owning a brand are separate. Change a brand's owner in its Brand access.
Share without inviting
Someone who only needs to see results doesn't need an account: send them a report. Anyone with its public link can view it until you revoke the link.
