How a brand fits together
A brand belongs to an organisation. Its primary brand and competitors define who you track; its segments define the models for groups of prompts. Captured answers supply the evidence for visibility, recommendations, sentiment, and citations.
Studies use the same views for research set up with the Cleotic team. See Brands and studies.
The pages below follow the brand's sidebar in the app. Start on Overview, work the ranked gaps in Opportunities, and write pages for them in Content Studio. Answers, Perception, AI citations, AI traffic and Site readiness hold the evidence, and Reports shares it. Configure all of these in Brand settings.
Website tracking is a separate installation. You can collect answers and citations before connecting your site.
