Content Studio

Content Studio turns your AI visibility insights into action. It connects the dots between monitoring data -- especially answer gaps -- and the content you need to create to improve your brand's presence in AI responses.

The idea

Monitoring tells you where you're missing from AI conversations. Content Studio helps you do something about it.

The workflow looks like this:

  1. Identify gaps -- Your analytics reveal prompts where competitors are mentioned but your brand is not
  2. Create a content brief -- Define what content to produce, targeting specific gaps
  3. Apply skills -- Attach reusable writing guidelines to ensure consistency
  4. Generate content -- Use AI to produce a draft based on your brief and skills
  5. Set goals -- Define visibility score targets and track progress as your content takes effect

Three components

Content Studio has three interconnected features:

Skills

Reusable content guidelines that shape how AI generates content for you. Think of them as style guides or writing instructions that you can apply across multiple content pieces. See Skills.

Content briefs

Individual content generation tasks. Each brief defines what to write, what format, which competitors to address, and which skills to apply. Cleotic generates a draft using AI, which you can review and publish. See Content briefs.

Visibility goals

Targets for your brand's visibility score, with optional deadlines. Goals link to content briefs so you can track which content efforts are contributing to your targets. See Visibility goals.

Getting started with Content Studio

  1. Start with your answer gaps. Go to the Analytics tab and identify your highest-opportunity gaps.
  2. Create a skill or two. Set up guidelines that reflect your brand voice and content standards. See Skills.
  3. Create your first content brief. Target a specific answer gap, choose a content type, and generate your first draft. See Content briefs.
  4. Set a visibility goal. Define where you want your visibility score to be and by when. See Visibility goals.
  5. Publish and monitor. Deploy your content and watch your analytics for improvement.
