Perception
Open Perception to inspect sentiment and the language AI models associate with your brand.
Sentiment is the default view. Open Brand perception for phrases, changes over time, and brand comparisons.
When to use it
Use Perception when you want to understand the language and judgement attached to your brand:
- What AI models uniquely associate with your brand
- Which phrases appear more often for competitors
- Which category terms are shared across the market
- Whether sentiment dimensions support or weaken the current positioning
Views
Perception has two views:
- Sentiment. Scores, trends, summaries, and evidence across the sentiment dimensions
- Brand perception. Top phrases, phrase drift, and brand-versus-brand comparison
Read the evidence
Select a consistent date range and segment before comparing brands. Open phrase or sentiment evidence where available to read the responses behind an association. Common wording does not by itself show that a model endorses a claim.
