Answers

Answers is where you work with prompts and the response evidence collected by your monitors. It is the prompt-first surface for understanding what AI models actually said.

What you do in Answers

Use Answers to:

  • Search and review prompts across a project
  • Filter prompts by monitor
  • Create prompts after choosing the monitor they belong to
  • Open response evidence for a prompt
  • Inspect answer gaps, citations, sentiment badges, and model responses

Prompt creation requires a monitor selection because every prompt needs a collection scope. The monitor determines the models, schedule, geography, language, and market context used when the prompt runs.

Prompt-first workflow

  1. Choose the monitor that represents the segment or campaign you want to work on.
  2. Add prompts manually or generate related prompt ideas.
  3. Let Cleotic run the prompt across the monitor's selected models.
  4. Open the response evidence to see what each model said.
  5. Use answer gaps and citations to decide whether the next step belongs in Opportunities, Sources, or Content Studio.

Reading response evidence

A response can include:

  • The model's answer text
  • Brand mentions and sentiment classification
  • Citations referenced by the model
  • Answer gap context when competitors appear and your primary brand does not
  • AI insight where available, with a non-AI evidence path from the raw response
