Performance
Performance is the default project landing surface. It gives you a quick read on whether the project is improving and which action deserves attention next.
What Performance shows
Performance focuses on the highest-signal project snapshot:
- Visibility -- how often and how prominently the primary brand appears
- Share of voice -- how much of the AI conversation belongs to the primary brand compared with competitors
- Sentiment -- a compact perception summary where sentiment data exists
- Trend movement -- whether visibility moved up, down, or stayed flat during the reporting window
- Top actions -- one to three previews from Opportunities
The page deliberately avoids becoming the full analytics workbench. Use it to orient, then open the specialist views when you need detail.
Controls
Performance has shared project-level controls in the top bar:
- Week, Month, and Year date presets
- A segment selector, defaulting to All segments
The page uses those controls to refresh the headline metrics, trend chart, insight band, and related evidence links.
Non-AI fallback
Some projects will not have sentiment or narrative evidence yet. When that happens, Performance still shows deterministic project signals and setup status rather than inventing a summary.
How to use it
- Start on Performance when opening a project.
- Check the headline metrics for the current reporting window.
- Review the top action previews.
- Open Opportunities for the full action inbox or drill into Answers, Perception, Sources, or Reports for supporting evidence.
