Opportunities

Opportunities is the prioritised action inbox for a project. It gathers current signals across content, prompts, monitors, sources, brand setup, and reports so you can decide what to do next.

How Opportunities works in v1

In v1, Opportunities is a computed UI inbox. It is not a separate workflow database and it does not require manual triage to populate.

Cleotic reads current project signals and creates deterministic opportunity cards from them. When the underlying evidence changes, the card can change state or disappear.

Categories

Opportunities can appear in these categories:

  • Content -- answer gaps and briefs that can improve AI visibility
  • Prompt -- prompt coverage gaps inside active monitors
  • Monitor -- monitor setup, cadence, and active status
  • Source -- owned-source evidence, citation presence, and tracking health
  • Brand setup -- primary brand, competitors, domains, aliases, and metadata readiness
  • Report -- shareable report coverage and report narrative health

Scoring

Scoring is simple and deterministic:

  • Answer gaps score highest because they represent a specific missing conversation.
  • Setup issues are scored below answer gaps but still surface when they block useful evidence.
  • Scores are stable for the same input signals.
  • Priorities are derived from score bands: Critical, High, Medium, and Low.

States and resolution

Opportunity cards remain visible while the underlying signal still needs attention. They can change state when progress is inferable.

Examples:

  • A content opportunity can move from Needs content to Generating to Ready to publish.
  • A paused monitor opportunity remains until the monitor is resumed.
  • A source tracking opportunity remains until owned-domain tracking is genuinely configured.
  • A report opportunity disappears when the expected active report exists and its narrative health is clear.

Resolved cards disappear only when the signal is truly resolved.

How to work the inbox

  1. Start with the top action.
  2. Open the card's target surface.
  3. Complete the setup, content, source, prompt, monitor, or report work.
  4. Return to Opportunities to confirm the state changed or the card disappeared.
