Open Answers to inspect what AI models said about your primary brand or manage the prompts that collect that evidence. It has two tabs: Mentions and Prompts.

Review mentions

Mentions is the default view. It lists primary-brand mentions by capture date, with the surrounding text and the model that produced the answer.

  1. Choose a date range, segment, or model to narrow the list.
  2. Open a mention to inspect its evidence.
  3. Follow the response link to read the full answer in context.

A mention means the brand appeared. It does not necessarily mean the model recommended it. Review recommendation and sentiment evidence where available.

If the list is empty, confirm the brand has a primary brand record, widen the date range, and check that prompts have captured responses. A response that does not mention your brand will still be available under Prompts.

Manage prompts

Open Answers -> Prompts to search the brand's questions and filter by segment. To add a prompt, choose the segment it belongs to. That segment supplies the model selection and collection schedule.

You can write a prompt yourself or generate related suggestions. Optional tags, intent, category, market, and language help organise the evidence.

The prompt's action menu lets you:

  • Edit labels and classification while keeping the same wording and history.
  • Replace wording by creating a new active prompt and pausing the old version. Existing responses stay with the old version.
  • Pause or resume collection.
  • Delete a prompt and its attached evidence permanently.

See Prompts for the creation and replacement steps.

Open a prompt to compare responses across models and capture times. Where available, the response page shows classifications, recommendations, competitors, brand mentions, and citations. Use its filters to investigate a particular outcome or competitor group.

AI analysis may still be processing or may be unavailable. Read the captured response text and citations to assess the evidence yourself. See Responses.
