Performance
Performance is the brand landing page. Use it to check the current evidence, compare it with earlier results, and choose a next action.
Set the scope
Choose Week, Month, or Year, then select a segment or leave All segments selected. A competitor-group filter lets you narrow the comparison where supported.
Check the displayed date range before sharing or comparing a result. Your plan's retention limits which history is available.
Read the metrics
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Visibility | How often and how early the primary brand appears |
| Share of voice | The primary brand's share of tracked brand mentions |
| Recommended | The share of analysed answers that explicitly recommend the brand |
| Top three | The share of analysed answers that recommend it in the top three options |
| Mentioned only | The share of analysed answers that mention it without recommending it |
| Sentiment | The average of available primary-brand perception dimensions |
| Movement | The change from the first to the latest visibility snapshot in the selected range |
Recommendation metrics use analysed answers. Pending analysis is not the same as a negative recommendation. Use Answers to inspect the text behind a result.
Read the trend and next action
The visibility chart shows the primary brand by default. Use All brands to compare the primary brand with competitors when data is available. The Year view uses weekly averages.
The Do next card links to a current action. Open Opportunities for the full list, or inspect answer outcomes and supporting evidence further down Performance.
If a brand has only one snapshot, it cannot show meaningful movement yet. Missing sentiment or AI analysis does not prevent you from reading the available visibility and response evidence.
Investigate a change
Keep the segment, prompts, models, and competitor set consistent when comparing periods. Check recent response coverage and any setup changes before attributing movement to content work.
