Site Readiness
Site Readiness scans your primary brand's website for issues that can make it harder for answer engines to access and use its content. It checks areas such as discovery, crawl access, rendering, structured data, freshness, and whether pages answer buyer questions.
A readiness result describes the checks completed during that scan. It does not guarantee that an AI model will cite or recommend your site.
Run your first scan
- Open Brand settings -> Details and confirm that the primary brand has the correct domain.
- Open Site Readiness in the brand sidebar.
- Click Run readiness scan.
- Follow the progress while Cleotic scans the site, then review the Overview.
You do not need to install AI traffic tracking to run a readiness scan. Tracking collects visits to your site; readiness actively checks the site's configuration and pages.
Read the Overview
Start with the verdict and scores by evidence pillar. Review prioritised findings, then expand the checks to see what passed, failed, produced a warning, or did not apply.
For a finding, inspect the evidence and affected pages before applying a fix. Some findings include suggested changes or links to related Content Studio work. Review any generated fix against your site before publishing it.
Inspect crawled pages
Open Crawled pages to see the pages included in the latest scan. Select a row for its crawl details and linked failures or warnings.
Site-wide findings remain on the Overview. A page missing from the list was not part of that scan's page evidence; it is not proof that the page passed all checks.
Recheck after changes
Deploy the fix on your website first. Run again is available for repeat scans on Enterprise and Custom plans. On other plans, you can review the existing baseline; check Plans and usage before expecting repeat scans.
If progress stops updating, use the status-check action shown on the page. For a failed scan, review the error and use the retry action when offered. Do not read an incomplete scan as a clean bill of health.
